You raised a valid point about "Health risks stack up for students near industrial plants" I know it is a stretch but I thought the public safety issue in relation to refinery pollution related to addressing the need for clean energy in the clean energy clause in the GB submission guidelines " Articles should be on the topics of gas prices, crude oil, clean energy, fuel efficient vehicles or related automotive articles." I also thought it related to the prices by the likelihood of those Houston Refineries and petro- chemical plants lawsuits settlements costs translated to higher prices passed on to the consumer to preserve the profits of the oil company.
