I drove by the Shell but didn't pay any attention to the price. They are typically 10-20 cents per gallon more expensive than the Costco. And Costcos have different gas prices wherever you go, just like any gas station. I don't know why Livermore has higher gas prices than San Jose. It's frustrating, though.
