I see the post from mattressman13 below. . . . I do not believe he did not consider that some US refineries can not get enough US oil because the oil transport infrastructure buildout is being delayed by this administration . . . Can't always get oil from point A to point B . . . so they buy what they can.

Read my comment on this subject. The oil companies export to keep the supply here low so they can continue to gouge us from the pumb...No one cares about life in the USA any more. I cannot believe that you have been on gas buddy for over 7+years and no one has written on your white board prior to today...
